Don't feel bad, scars make you strong. Sometimes you only need to erase the messages, delete the number. You don't have to forget the person who was to you;  only accept that they are not that person anymore. I know it so hurts to let go, but I do also know that it hurts more to hold on. At some point you will realize that you have done too much for someone, t hat the only next possible step to do is to stop. Leave them alone. Walk away! It's not like you are giving up, and it's not like you shouldn't...
